Viking Property was founded in 2015 with a mission to simplify the building process and help families to get into a new home faster, easier and with more value for them to enjoy.

We have built a specific process to achieve this mission. It involves working with other professionals to find the best land opportunities, the best new home plans & the best construction contractors and put it all together the way it works best for you – our valued client.

How our Process Works:

Our first step is to find a location that suits your needs and your budget then put the home plan options together with a quote, so you will feel confident to secure the land. As we are licensed Property Agents in QLD, we can assist you with the negotiation and with the land contract execution etc.

Once the land is secured, the next step is to organise a Design Appointment with you to finalise the home plans and then we can tender for the construction of your new home. We can have several builders bid to build your new home and you get to make the final decision.

All of these builders are licensed and produce high quality homes. We can organise for you to inspect their homes under construction before you make the final decision.

Once you are satisfied with the plan and quotes, we can organise the Building Contract and go forward from there.

Our goal is to help you finalise a plan for your new home BEFORE the land contract become unconditional; this way you know that each step is moving towards the home you want that is within your budget.
